Question 1

Are your quotes really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We'll look at the work, send you a clear written quote and let you decide — no pressure, ever.

Question 2

How quickly can I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Usually within 24 hours. For most enquiries we're even quicker — especially if we can assess things over the phone or with a few photos.

Question 3

Do you charge for a site visit?

Accepted Answer

No. Initial visits and assessments are free. If you're happy with the quote, we simply get on with the job.

Question 4

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Everything a gardener does — regular garden maintenance, lawn care and hedging — plus jet washing, garden clearance and full landscaping projects.

Question 5

Do you offer regular maintenance visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Weekly, fortnightly or one-off tidy-ups — whatever suits your garden and your budget. Many of our customers are on a simple regular plan.

Question 6

Can you take the waste away?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For garden clearance and many landscaping jobs, we remove the waste ourselves so you're left with a clean, ready-to-use space.

Question 7

Do you do big landscaping projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes — patios, decking, planting and full transformations. We plan carefully, give you a fixed quote and build to a high standard.

Question 8

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We work across Surrey and South London — towns like Woking, Guildford, Epsom, Kingston, Wimbledon and more. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.

Question 9

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we're fully insured for peace of mind. If you'd like to see our details, just let us know.

Question 10

Will the team be tidy and take care of my property?

Accepted Answer

Always. We take real pride in leaving your garden — and your drive — looking great and cleanly finished after every visit.

Question 11

When are you available?

Accepted Answer

We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. If those hours don't suit, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Question 12

How should I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

Call or text 07789 409 847, email hello@jflgardens.co.uk, or send an enquiry through the site — we usually reply within 24 hours.

Question 13

Do I need to be home for the work?

Accepted Answer

For most jobs, no. You can leave a gate unlocked or share instructions and we'll crack on, keeping you updated as we go.
